Emma joined EMCE in 1999 while studying for a NVQ level 2 in administration, Stage A in Health and Safety in the workplace and gained a distinction in RSA Text Processing.

While studying for her level 2 in administration she started to take on more responsibility in the accounts department.

In 2001 Emma gained a NVQ level 2 in accounting.

After taking on full responsibility of all the accounting procedures, she furthered her career by gaining an NVQ level 3 in administration
