Yorkshire Coast College - Scarborough

EMCE designed and installed the electrical services to the new sports centre at Yorkshire Coast College, Scarborough.

Sports Centre

The facilty consisted of sports hall, gymnasium, instruction rooms and offices. EMCE produced in house AUTOCAD installation drawings and specifications for client acceptance before the project commenced.

The new building was remote from the main campus and required installation of 200 meters of 240mm 4core armoured cable from the main electrical sub-station to the sports centre. The project included fire alarm, emergency lighting and amenity lighting installations. Close cooperation was essential with others trades, and services coordination was carried out by our CAD engineer.

The project was completed on time and within budget.
