Whitby Sports Centre & Swimming Pool

The project was to redevelop the existing swimming pool services and provide a new sports hall, outdoor sports pitch and ancillary activity rooms.

EMCE installed the building electrical services including new fire alarm, emergency lighting, boiler house heating and ventilating controls systems. In house construction installation drawings and cable designs were produced for client acceptance before the project commenced.

The project required close co-ordination with the swimming pool staff and mechanical contractor to maintain the building services during the construction phases to keep the swimming pool operational.
