Our Experience
Easby Hall - Scarborough
Easby hall is an old vicars home which has been converted into 24 luxury apartments.
New Apartments
The existing five storey infrastructure was completely removed whilst retaining the external Victorian architecture of the building.
EMCE designed the electrical services around the architectural designs of Halliday Clarke. The installation consists of an electric heating system, ventilation, passenger lift, fire alarm and emergency lighting. The power supplies to the flats are derived from an external switch room via armoured cable sub-mains to the apartments.
The heating design encompassed the latest technology in electric heating. Dimplex EVX range of heaters with central programmer providing comfort heating and night setback control are installed.
