EMCE complete refurbishment of St Martins School toilets

EMCE Building Services have recently completed the £100,000 refurbishment of all toilet blocks at St Martins School, Scarborough.

The project involved the installation of new mechanical and electrical services, safety flooring, panelised sanitary walling and aluminium suspended ceilings to all toilet blocks throughout the school. The bathrooms now benefit from sensor activated taps and toilet flushes, and PIR activated lighting and ventilation.
